I'm working with a global financial services organisation who are looking to bring on a Regulatory Project Manager to support delivery of investment Firms Prudential Regime and Capital Requirements initiatives.

Candidates should have:

  • Proven track record working as a Project Manager in Financial Markets/Trading organisations with demonstrable experience in delivery of regulatory projects
  • Manage all elements of the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle Experience)
  • Project experience/knowledge related to Investment Firms Prudential Regime and Capital Requirements Regulations
  • Exposure to commodity derivative products, primarily energy and metals (nice to have)
  • Drive/lead/serve/provide a collaborative working ethos across the project team
  • Able to demonstrate a background in software project implementation (using waterfall and iterative/agile methods) within trading environments
  • Significant exposure to the Front-to-Back trade lifecycle, with demonstrable knowledge of OTC/ETD instruments (Over the Counter/Exchange Traded Derivatives)
  • Experience of integrating in house systems/platforms with external vendors
  • Proactive, self-sufficient and driven with a hands-on 'can do' positive attitude with collaboration front and centre to their approach to work
  • Attention to detail, analytical, organised, methodical/structured approach to tasks/objectives
  • Ability to distil and communicate complex items into a simplified clear, manner verbally/written
  • An effective facilitator of team/cross department meetings/workshops coupled with strong stakeholder management, relationship building and diplomacy
