I'm working with a Global Investment Banking client who are looking to bring on a Product Portfolio Lead to join their End User Services Management team who support all of the end user platform and services across the firm.

Candidates must have:

• Several years' experience working in a Product Manager/Leadership role.
• Proven experience leading in large, matrixed organizations.
• A solid understanding of Agile Program methodologies with experience in delivering large change and transformational initiatives.
• Broad understanding of End User and the use of data analytics and automation tooling.
• Insurability that product owners are held accountable and challenged to provide data points which are honest and transparent in terms of delivered value of the customer objectives.
• Ability to stay highly organised, have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A natural interest on the technology landscape of the future.
• Ability to drive and execute innovative solutions to remove barriers and improve efficiencies.
• Capability to manage risk and drive a holistic message across the EUS product teams to ensure the central requirements are understood.
