I'm working with an Asset Management firm who are looking to bring on an IT Business Analyst to join a team responsible for the development and support of technology solutions to support critical business operation.

Candidates must have:

• Strong experience in a Business Analyst role and of delivering change in the wealth management industry (essential).
• Strong analytical skills, ability to understand problems and express to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to analyse and understand business needs and developing clear accurate specifications.
• Experience of software, web applications and data solutions developments.
• Involvement of project management and programme delivery.
• Ability to take the initiative, be assertive and think strategically to deliver quality in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to produce clear written material and communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
