An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Journey Owner who will have oversight of the mortgage products.The journeys will include homebuying, change to contract, moving home and remortgaging.

The role holder will work with the customer experience team to uncover the customer pain points, defining the ideal homebuying experience for the customers both now and in the future. In addition, the role holder will explore ways of reducing the processes undertaken by branch colleagues to ensure a more efficient end to end colleague experience.

Ideal candidate:

  • Needs to have UK Mortgage/regulation experience and knowledge
  • Prior experience in understanding an end to end customer buying lifecycle
  • Wider experience of working with product, credit, AML, risk etc. departments
  • Strong affinity in the financial services market and the ability to infuence and shape change
  • Demonstrate they have done this in the past with clear examples

Role specifics:

  • This person can be based in either the London or Mancheste office
  • Ideally this individual would need to be in the office two days and open to working from a local branch one day. Please note this is a pre-requisite and anyone looking for fully remote will not be considered
  • Open to applications who were a product owner/manager as long as they have has full ownership of the customer journey
