2020 has seen an unprecedented shift to remote working, which has forced organisations to adapt overnight to a host of challenges. Westminster Insight are hosting a one day online conference to discuss the future of work in the digital office and how organisations can support both their business and their staff.

Key topics will include:

  •          Overcoming the challenges and leveraging the opportunities presented by COVID-19 and the transition to flexible working

  •          Supporting managers to oversee remote teams and support the mental wellbeing and long-term productivity of remote workers

  •          Reviewing post COVD-19 recovery strategies to future proof business, services, and jobs against future crisis

  •          Exploring the future role of workplaces, remote working, and hybrid workspaces

  •          Understanding the impact of flexible working on gender equality in the workplace and fostering inclusive flexible working

Talks will be given from a range of leading private, public and third sector organisations, discussing how companies can seize the opportunities presented by this global shift and prepare for a remote future. The keynote address will be given by David Blackburn, the Chief People Officer of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
